About it

A once-daily pregnancy multivitamin with 19 nutrients, taken with the main meal. Contains no vitamin A (uses beta-carotene).

Contains folic acid 400µg, vitamin D 10µg, iron 17mg, iodine 150µg.

Good to know before you buy

Contains vitamin K: anyone on anticoagulants such as warfarin should take only on a doctor's advice
Contains iron, which can be harmful to young children in excess; keep out of reach
Do not take with other multivitamins; do not exceed one tablet a day
Contains soya; ask a doctor first with epilepsy, thyroid disorder or haemochromatosis
