About it
A bulk-forming fibre laxative stirred into water as an orange drink. Adds bulk to stools to help them pass more easily.
Contains ispaghula husk 3.5g/sachet.
Good to know before you buy
- Never take dry: mix each sachet with at least 150ml water; not just before bed.
- Do not use with bowel obstruction, faecal impaction, swallowing difficulty, or undiagnosed rectal bleeding.
- Contains aspartame (phenylketonuria) and some potassium.
- See a doctor if no bowel movement after 3 days of use.
