About it

An alginate liquid that forms a protective layer on top of the stomach contents to reduce reflux. Taken after meals and at bedtime.

Contains sodium alginate 1000mg/10ml, potassium hydrogen carbonate 200mg/10ml.

Good to know before you buy

  • Under 12s only on medical advice.
  • High in sodium and contains potassium and calcium: ask a pharmacist if on a salt- or potassium-restricted diet, or with kidney or heart problems.
  • Leave 2 hours between this and other medicines such as some antibiotics, iron, thyroid hormones.
  • See a doctor if symptoms do not improve after 7 days.
